Concentration Photos Week 1

At our third class period Mr. Gross wanted us to pick what we want to concentrate on in photography. Since I want to learn to take better pictures of my kids, I chose people. My sister Rachel was my first model. I really liked the background in these pictures but the posing is a little awkward.Then I used my brother and his wife and his cool truck. I really like the posing but I didn't pay any attention to the lighting/shadows.

I still have LOTS to learn!

Photo Assignment #1- 3 objects that tell a story

This was my very first photo class assignment. 3 objects that tell a story. He didn't want them placed together. Here's what I found:

1940's Photoshoot

A few weeks ago I took my brother and his wife, and my sister and her husband to a old boarded up hotel. My brother drove his 1949 International (which we call Mater) and we did a photo shoot around the building and the truck.

Oh and I made them dress up too. It was a lot of fun! Here are some of the pictures I took:



We were trying to recreate a picture of my deceased grandfather here. My brother looks a lot like him. I will post the picture of my grandpa another time
